Hi there!

I'm Amy, The Associate Virtual Admin Assistant. I run a full service support business for both your personal and business needs based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. You can’t see me (unless we meet or video chat over a coffee, or an espresso martini), however I can be THE ASSOCIATE to lift the weight off your shoulders in your personal and business life.

I take pride in anything I do, I love a challenge (I'm like a dog with bone), and I also love to have fun while I'm doing it.

THE BUSINESS side of things

With a broad background in office management, business administration, project support, change management, training and development of teams, business and process improvement, purchasing and supply chain, inventory management, social media, bookkeeping support, and EA/PA support gained over the last 25+ years in a variety of fields including Airline, Retail/Wholesale, home maintenance and Allied Health practices, I have you covered!

I ensure I am fully engaged in much of my clients’ daily tasks necessary to operate their businesses and personal lives efficiently and effectively. This means, my clients are able to focus on generating revenue for their businesses.

THE PERSONAL side of things

I love being a VA! And when I'm not being a VA, I'm enjoying running our small business with hubby in growing and supplying potted herbs to local supermarkets and markets and helping hubby in his home improvement business.

I love dancing, old cars, cooking up a storm with hubby using fresh vegies and herbs from our plentiful garden and espresso martini's.

I don't have any pets however the 3 ducks we saved from a fox seem to have settled in at our house a little too comfortably.

I love helping people, I love getting people organised.
